Finally, The London Burrito Research Institute has a home on the Internet. Here in these pages we expect to publish the results of our in-depth research and share exciting new findings as we explore the wonderful world of the burrito. It is a journey and we hope to take you along with us on this crazy wrapped up ride. Please browse the pages of this website to learn a little more about LBRI’s work and how we’re making a brighter, burritoer future. Who knows, maybe we can even inspire you to join us?
There are a number of subscription options we hope you’ll utilise to keep up to date with our work. Thank you for reading and may all your burritos be complete, flavourful and satisfying.
Your sincerely,
Dr Marcus Chimpington III, PhD, MBCS, LBRIF
Dear Dr Chimpington,
I am delighted to learn of your research efforts, and would like to contribute my own minor portfolio of studies for your consideration:

As a keen amateur Burritologist based in Central London, I find that opportunities to study this complex and beautiful construct arise on an almost daily basis, and would be very keen to contribute to the betterment of mankind and the understanding of Burrito Perfection in any way I can.
Please pass on my enthusiasm and best wishes to Dr Frost-Rathbone.
Your humble servant in salsa,
Jason B. Standing
Dear Dr Chimpington, Maybe you might wish to consider the
burrito from a vegan perspective? I have done some research into
the matter in London and would be happy to pass on the knowledge.
An example of my work can be found here. As you can see out
wonderful cousins across the pond really enjoyed Chipotle getting
the chop.

May the little donkeys be at your side and not in your burrito!
Cheers Da Data Monkey
Da Data Monkey, I have to say that I dont envisage us trying donkey filled burritoes just yet (Daddy Donkey on the other hand…). I apreciate that it’s harder for vegans to find food on the high street but I can’t personally see myself giving up meat, cheese and sour cream in a burrito or the cheese and eggs in a huevos rancheros just yet, sorry.
I would just like to take a bit of time to thank Dr Out-Standing for sharing his thorough fieldwork. His reearch is both fascinating and passionate and I look forward to announcing upcoming seminars to further debate his findings
